You will receive a call or email from Jazzbones Box Office staff to complete the sale of concert tickets and secure a seating reservation a minimum of 48 hours after sending your emailed request. Please provide your credit card billing information at that time. Filling out this form does not mean you purchased tickets.

You cannot reserve a table without a ticket purchase and reservations are NOT CONFIRMED until you hear from us and provide billing information.  

If you are emailing on the day of the show, you will need to call as well.
 NO TICKET SALES OR RESERVATIONS WILL BE HANDLED OVER THE PHONE or through email AFTER 5PM. there are no exceptions. plan ahead.
Some tickets are available through www.Ticketmaster.com as well as Jazzbones Box Office (Hours 11-5pm Monday - Saturday). TICKET SALES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
